Shipping & Refund

  • Your chocolate is shipped in a packing which keeps the temperature intact. We charge rupees 50 extra for thermal packaging.
  • We provide PAN India delivery. Customers might expect delays for orders placed on weekends and public holidays as our delivery partners might not be operating during these days.
  • We try to deliver your chocolate in two maximum days in metros. Orders placed before 3:30pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the next business day.
    All our operations are closed on Sunday and orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
  • For Tier two cities it might take more days to deliver depending upon the delivery partner network availability
  • Chocolate needs a controlled temperature of below 18 °C for storage.
  • 100% refund if we not able to deliver the product in the right condition which is broken packaging, spilled chocolate or any cross contamination because of breakage in packaging.

Ordered 8 qty again for same product. I found this product the most price competitive among all options available in this category. Pure bean to bar chocolate without artificial suger. Everyone should say bye bye to so called chocolates(actually suger bars) available in market and start using these bean to bar home grown chocolates for full family.

Is Soothys chocolate couverture?

Soothys makes all its products using couverture chocolate. Our craft chocolate is made inhouse with healthy and honest ingredients. We have minimum of 32% cocoa butter in all your Soothys chocolates.

How would you deliver the chocolate in hot climate conditions in India?

We deliver our chocolates in an thermal insulated package with gel packs to make sure you get a chocolate in good state. We make sure that the packaging is damage proof making sure the product reaches you in good condition.

My Chocolate has white spots. Can I consume it?

Chocolate might get fat bloom during the transportation giving it white spots and it doesnt change the taste or mouth feel. Its perfectly fine to consume chocolate which got a fat bloom. Please store your chocolate in cool place below 18 degree centigrade in a tight container.
